Amount per serving: Calories 20, Total Carb 6g, dietary fiber 5g, soluble fiber 4 g, iron 1mg, sodium 10mg, Psyllium Husk(Plantaco ovate)(Seed husk) 7000mg.

Direction: Mix 2 scoopful(8g) with at least 8 ouces of water or your favorite beverage(for favor). Stir and drink immediately. Follow with an additional glass of liquid. Adults, take 2-3 times daily; 30-60 minutes before meals. Children, 12 years or older, may take half the adult dosage or less. Children under 12 years of age, consult a doctor before use.
